At MCoBeauty, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused beauty products in their original box or a secure mailing bag to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
